¢õ . Participation Badge Application
1. Application principles
Participation badge is for the exhibitor only and can't be lent to others.
Domestic exhibitors can have 3 participation badges for every standard booth. Foreign exhibitors can enjoy free certificates application when necessary.
It is encouraged of exhibitors to pre-register. For exhibitors who can not apply for certificates, they can submit their application with related documents and materials on site before the opening ceremony.

¢÷ . Exhibition preparation for raw space
1. Application and announcement for exhibition preparation
Exhibitors or the entrusted constructers of raw space shall submit the following materials to the Organizing Committee before 15 August, 2008.
Constructer operation license copies (Stamp)
Safety guarantee for raw space (Signature, Stamp)
Builders ID registration form and managing builder ID copy
Booth confirmation copy
Constructing plan of booth design (including floor plan, front view, side view, color solid graph, electric circuit graph, display platform planning illustration and technological data for raw space materials)
The Organizing Committee will examine the above materials. And the qualified exhibitors will be given the constructing badge and make exhibition preparation; the disqualified ones will be required to have necessary alterations until they meet the requirements.
2. Venue cleanness requirement
Exhibitors or the entrusted construction organizations of raw space need to pay their cleanness deposit of raw space to the Organizing Committee before the entry to exhibition for preparation. They should take away all their staff (including exhibits, fitments, decorations, carpets and so on) from the hall, and should not damage the exhibition hall or any facilitates during remove and delivery. After remove (7 th September, 2008), they can go through the proceedings of deposits refunding. The deposits will be refunded after the Organizing Committee's approval, or be deducted as cleanness fee if there are any wastes. The deposit payment standard can be seen from the Service Sheet of Hunan International Convention & Exhibition Centre.
¢ø . Construction Management of Exhibition Preparation
The Organizing Committee will assign particular constructor as for the set-up and rebuilding of the standard booth.
The exhibitors shall acquire the construction badges for exhibition preparation according to the regulations. They shall not alter, copy, lend or sublet the construction badges and shall not act beyond the assigned booth.
Delegations, exhibitors or their entrusted construction organizations can apply and have badges for free, but the construction members can't do that by themselves.
The construction badges can only be given out to confirmed standard booth or approved raw space.
Both of the construction badge and participation badge should be given to exhibitor. The standard is 2 construction badges for every standard booth and 3 construction badges for every 9 sq.m..
Any constructing plan should not be changed after confirmation; for necessary changes, they should get approval from the Organizing Committee.
Construction for exhibition preparation should conform to the safety regulations and related policies to ensure the safety of human body and construction.
Construction can not be put into practice until it is checked as qualified construction by Safety Department.
¢ù . Booth Stand and Scene Management
1. Entry and exit management of exhibition hall
All members shall have valid certificates with them whenever they come into or get out of the hall.
It is strictly forbidden that anyone take the flammable, explosive or radiant substances and dangerous substances into the hall.
Exhibitors shall declare the name and amount of their exhibits beforehand and take part in the expo with the very exhibits.
Exhibits should be delivered through the safety passageway before the entry and disqualified ones will be turned away by the expo. Safety inspectors shall release exhibitor with the same company name and exhibits amount written in the confirmation .
Exhibits should arrive at the booth stand during the exhibition preparation and will not be admitted during the formal exhibition. Exhibits delivery outward the hall should pass the examination and get the permission of the Organizing Committee.
Exhibitors shall follow the regulations concerning remove of the exhibition and shall not quit ahead of the schedule.
2. Booth stand and site management
The booth stand can only be used by the exhibitor who has passed the process of qualification, reexamination, records. Exhibitors shall use the company name of the confirmation and the fascia board and shall not sell, lend or sublet the booth stand. All the name discrepancies will be regarded as subletting or selling booth stand against the rule.
Exhibits on display should conform to those described in the confirmation,
Exhibitors shall take Confirmation for booth stand and certificates or documents of qualification such as company operation license (copies) with them and cooperate actively with on-site managing staff to check the exhibits.
Exhibitors and other exhibition members shall not occupy public space (including stairs, passageway etc.) to display exhibits and other stuffs.
Anyone shall not set up advertising board without permission or send out various advertisements and propagandas outside his booth stand, or speak aloud or make noise to complete unfairly and conduct other behaviors which will have bad effect on the exhibition environment and order.
Exhibitors shall keep exhibits well and put them into display shelves every day before closure. Valuables need effective protection and special care.
3. Related regulations
Exhibitors shall not conduct any behaviors against intellectual rights, such as displaying or selling fake commodities, using false trademarks, or invading patents.
Exhibitors and other participants shall not display or sell inferior or fake products.
According to the Product Quality Law of The People's Republic of China , to protect the legal interest of guests, traders and audiences, the CIFE scene quality supervising team of the Product's Supervision and Management Department gives on-site examination of samples whose qualities are suspicious, and confiscate disqualified samples.
4. Violation punishment
The Organizing Committee will give warnings, detain temporarily, confiscate exhibits samples breaching regulations, close down the assigned booth and cancel the qualification of participation.
The CIFE Organizing Committee will announce the violation of enterprises or persons who act against Chinese laws and regulations to related law enforcement institutes who will make punishment and reserve the right to appeal to laws.
¢ú . Regulations of propaganda management
Propagandas of all kinds (i.e. various materials arranged to send out such as conference proceedings, name list, special magazines, special edition, newspapers, videos, electronic publishing during exhibition or compiled in the name of CIFE) are in the charge of Propaganda Planning Department of CIFE.
Propagandas of all kinds should conform to the following requirements and can't be given out to participants without the approval of the CIFE Organizing Committee.
.The main content should be publicizing of society, economy, science and technology, culture situation or CIFE etc. in different countries and it should conform to its name.
Propagandas should mark the compiling or printing institute (if it's a case of united compiling and printing, all the parties concerned should be named). Propagandas should not be named with such confusing or misleading words as excellent, famous or best. Magazines, manuscripts, graphs, advertisements, patents and copyrights etc. should conform to national related regulations.
Special personnel should be organized to send out propagandas at assigned sites for free during exhibition.
Propagandas of specialized exhibition should all be compiled and sent out to the participants by the CIFE Organizing Committee.
Any institutes or individuals shall not collect manuscripts and advertisements in the name of the CIFE Organizing Committee, use the words, ¡° China ( Changsha ) International Food Expo¡± or its abbreviations or in the form of Chinese characters, or the membership mark of the Organizing Committee.
The Organizing Committee shall arrange the sites for sending out all kinds of propagandas. Any institutes or persons are not allowed to spread CIFE materials outside the assigned sites.
¢û . Regulations of Security
The regulation is made out to maintain a good order of exhibition, prevent any emergences and assure the security of the expo according to related regulations of society security administration:
The CIFE shall carry out the security responsibility system according to the principle of ¡°people in charge being people responsible¡±, formulate security plan and measures, reinforce education and administration of education and enhance the awareness of security protection to ensure safety
All participating members shall be highly aware of the importance of security and obey all the regulations by themselves and maintain the good order of expo together.
During the period from exhibition preparation to exhibition remove, all the members going to Hunan International Convention & Exhibition Centre shall wear valid badges of expo around the neck, obey and cooperate with the inspection of security staff. Except inspection staff, other participants should actively obey and cooperate with the guarders to check certificates and security. They should not lend certificates to others or bring people without certificates into the hall. Otherwise, they will be punished according to related regulations.
Exhibitors are obliged to keep exhibits well and their personal belongings. Before everyday closure of the exhibition hall, the exhibitors shall put valuables into shelves or safes or undertake other effective protection measures and have special people in charge of watching and controlling. They should be punctual and not leave earlier to assure the safety of exhibits samples.
Toxins, flammables and radiant substances etc. are forbidden in the exhibition hall.
Construction, set-up should be carried out with reference to Fire Prevention Regulations of Exhibition Hall . Exhibits samples should be placed according to the regulations. Any institutes or persons are not allowed to put exhibits or samples out of the booth and they should obey the check and correction standard of inspection team, security members.
During exhibition preparation, trucks carrying exhibits samples should park temporarily in assigned place and drive out of the hall after unloading. When delivering exhibits outward exhibition hall, exhibitors shall have the release notes of the Organizing Committee and be released after the inspection of the guarder.
Cars in Hunan International Convention & Exhibition Centre should obey the guidance of traffic managing members, drive according to the rule and park in the right place.
During expo, articles picked up by others should be turned to the Organizing Committee for registration and handling process, rather than be processed secretly by the picker or dealt with on his own will.
